The current state of the food industry, pharmacology, medicine, functional human nutrition is inconceivable without biotechnology, without new highly effective drugs and biologically valuable foods and safe food additives. First of all, they are biologically active human proteins: hormones, enzymes, factors of the blood coagulation system, tissue growth, immunomodulators, proteins of female milk, as well as biologically active substances (BAS) of plant and animal origin and many others. These substances are constantly present in the human body, ensuring its health. The organism is a giant chemical plant. If, due to a hereditary or acquired disease, any biologically active protein is absent, or its amount is reduced, then this is a disaster. In these cases, the sick person should get this protein or its pre-form from the outside. And where can we get it?
We follow the trail of proteins.
Proteins or, in another way, polypeptides, proteins are high molecular organic substances that are built from alpha-amino acids into a linear sequence with the help of peptide bonds. When synthesizing proteins in the body, in most cases 20 standard amino acids are used. A combination of amino acids and just create protein molecules with a huge variety of properties.
Thus, enzyme proteins catalyze the course of biochemical reactions and play an important role in the metabolism. Some proteins perform a structural or mechanical function, forming a cytoskeleton that supports the shape of cells. Also, proteins play a key role in the signaling systems of cells, with an immune response and in the cell cycle.
Proteins are an important part of the nutrition of animals and humans (the main sources are meat, poultry, fish, milk, nuts, beans, cereals, to a lesser extent: vegetables, fruits, berries and mushrooms), because in their organisms all necessary amino acids can not be synthesized and the part should come with protein food. During digestion enzymes destroy consumed proteins up to amino acids that are used for the biosynthesis of the body’s own proteins or undergo further decomposition to obtain energy. Proteins are the most expensive nutrient in our diet.
hormone is insulin. A failure in the synthesis of insulin leads to the disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism, or if simply put, causes diabetes. The main effect of insulin is to reduce the concentration of glucose in the blood. And the biggest of currently known protein — titin — is a component of muscle sarcomeres. It consists of 38138 amino acids. It is the composition of amino acids determines the biological value of the protein. The most balanced amino acid composition of the protein product needed by the person from the first minute from birth is the mother’s milk. In cattle and ungulates – is colostrum.
Usually, products and the whole diet of a person can be assessed not only by the amount of protein, but also by its biological value. Particularly important is its amino acid composition and how the protein is digested (digested) in the digestive tract.
Proteins, getting into the human body, are exposed to the enzymes of the stomach, intestinal and pancreatic juices, break down into constituent parts, including amino acids, and the latter enter the bloodstream and begin to be used to build proteins, but the body itself.
Not all 20 amino acids are produced in the body, 9 of them are irreplaceable and must necessarily enter the body together with food. Such essential amino acids include histidine, phenylalanine, methionine, lysine, threonine, valine, isoleucine, leucine and tryptophan.
Each essential amino acid plays a certain role in the body. For example, the main role of an amino acid such as methionine is to take part in the formation of choline, which in turn regulates fat metabolism in the liver and other organs.
By the way, amino acid complexes for athletes are derived from whey protein (this is a natural protein from cow’s milk) by destroying it with enzymes. In fact, this is nothing more than a pre-digested protein. The complex is very important to athletes , consisting of three essential amino acids: leucine (Leucine), isoleucine (Isoleucine) and valine (Valine), the so-called BCCA (from English Branched-chain amino acids – amino acids with branched chains).
BCAA – the main material for building new muscles. These essential amino acids make up 35% of all amino acids in the muscles and take an important part in the processes of anabolism and recovery. BCAA can not be synthesized in the human body, so a person can receive them only with food and special supplements. BCAA differ from the other 17 amino acids in that they are primarily metabolized in muscles, they can be considered as the main “fuel” for muscles, which increases athletic performance, improves health. BCAA are the most common type of sports nutrition.
It is important to know that if the required amount of proteins is supplied to the body, especially the irreplaceable ones, then there is an imbalance between the breakdown and the formation of protein in the body. Such an imbalance in the “chemical combine” leads to illnesses and a drop in immunity. The body becomes weakened and vulnerable to bad microbes and viruses, that is, to infections that lead to pathologies.
Irreplaceable amino acids enter the body only from plant sources of food. Animals do not produce them either, humans neither. If there is no possibility to obtain a complete set of essential amino acids from the diet, it is necessary to use sources from the available drugs of choice.
And now guess the primitive bio-envision: what potentially can be more harmful to the body – unwashed before eating food or the systematic consumption of fast food products with sweet sodas?

In general, our body has more than 50,000 kinds of protein. Time to form a chain of 20 amino acids – about 1 second. All components of the process: DNA, RNA and proteins must be present in a complete “assortment”. Therefore, if at least one of the amino acids is missing in the raw protein, the creation of a defective cell is ensured.
The disrupted genocode is currently “repaired” for cells of more than 30 organs and glands. The material for “fixing” are the cytamines discovered in 1970.
In every cell of our body there is a nucleus, inside which is the nucleolus. In the nucleolus, the assembly of ribosomes (structures in which amino acids are combined into proteins).
Our whole life is a struggle, and who are the victims?
We already know that, in fact, from the balance of essential amino acids in the body depends on the degree of health status: it is possible to absorb large doses of vitamins, to get enough micro – and macronutrients, even to take enzymes “from the jar”, but without the essential amino acids metabolic processes normally are not performed. First of all, because the genocode of the DNA of any cell consists precisely of amino acids. If the DNA genome at the time of cell division is compromised due to a lack of certain amino acids, then the new cell is doomed to be formed with the same defect. Conclusion: the absence of at least one link in the amino acid chain – DISEASE.
There is a need to emphasize that for successful health maintenance, a competent, conscious approach of each person to balanced, functional nutrition is required. Otherwise – hospitals, life on drugs and communication with doctors who will “treat” the conseque, and not the cause. The outcome, I think, is understandable.
In 1988, an American naturopathic doctor, Hilda Reger Clark, made a discovery that gave a new direction in diagnosis and treatment. She created a synchrometer – an instrument that measures the frequency electromagnetic resonance of any objects of nature emitting a strictly specific spectrum of electromagnetic radiation: toxins, microbes, drugs, tumor cells and so on. So there was a frequency-resonant diagnosis and therapy.
When Hilda Clark first measured her resonance, she was unpleasantly stricken. The device showed that in her own organism huge masses of microbes, viruses and other parasites that could not be detected by any other methods live “peacefully”. In addition, the organs of Hilda Clarke were contaminated with exotoxins (heavy metals, herbicides, radioactive isotopes, preservatives, medicines and other slags).
Hilda began testing her device on other people, and all the same results were achieved. From this book you will see that all types of cancer are similar. All of them are caused by a parasite. One parasite! It is the intestinal trematode. And if you destroy this parasite, cancer shall stop in at the stage of development. The tissue will be recovered to its normal state. To get ill with cancer, you must first obtain this parasite. How can a human intestinal trematode cause cancer? This parasite usually lives in the intestine, where it could cause little damage, causing only colitis, Crohn’s disease, or irritable bowel syndrome, or perhaps nothing at all. But if he invades another organ, such as the uterus or kidney or liver, it does great harm. If he settles in the liver, then causes cancer! He settles in the liver only in some people. These people have isopropyl alcohol in their bodies (often abbreviated as IPA). All cancer patients (100%) have both isopropyl alcohol (in their body) and intestinal trematode in the liver. The solvent, isopropyl alcohol, is responsible for allowing the trematode to settle in the liver. Evolution of views on understanding the causes of oncological diseases and cancer treatment methods are full of contradictions and tragedies: from ancient healers, herbalists and alchemists, the senior doctor of the Bryansk Hospital Denisenko, who was the first in modern medicine to find a potent cure for cancer, to the famous Tesla and his friend Lakhovsky, Americans- Rife and Casey, Canadians -Clark and Italians – Simoncini and Di Bella. On this subject, you can write a whole book, but in this article we will manage only with vivid scientific examples.
Such an example is the subtle protein of lactoferrin.
Lactoferrin refers to polyfunctional breast milk proteins, the protective properties of which are unique. It is found in various secretory fluids, such as milk, saliva, tears, secrets of the nasal glands. Lactoferrin is one of the components of the body’s immune system, participates in the system of innate immunity, regulates the function of immunocompetent cells and is a protein of the acute phase of inflammation.
Initially, lactoferrin was considered only as an iron-binding milk protein with bacteriostatic properties, but to date, many experimental data and evidence have been obtained indicating that this protein has a complex of physiological properties. First, this regulation of the binding of iron ions in the body, the excess of which is no less harmful than its deficiency and leads to the activation of microbial growth, the destruction of cells under the action of free radicals. By binding ions of “excess” iron and other metals, lactoferrin deprives the pathogenic flora of vital trace elements. The second property of lactoferrin is antiviral activity against a wide range of human and animal viruses with DNA and RNA genomes. At present, the action of the protein against herpes simplex viruses 1 and 2, cytomegalovirus, HIV, hepatitis C virus, hantaviruses, rotaviruses, first type polioviruses, adenoviruses, respiratory syncytial virus, mouse leukemia virus Fränd.
The third studied property is the effective protection of the organism from enteral infections. Lactoferil has the ability to suppress a wide range of microbial agents, regardless of its ability to bind iron. The most studied mechanism of the antibacterial action of the protein is the specific interaction of lactoferrin with the outer bacterial membrane, which leads to the death of bacterial cells.
Finally, lactoferrin also has antifungal activity. For example, against Candida albicans – symbionts forming colonies in the mucosa of the oral cavity of healthy people. Studies conducted in mice with weakened immunity and symptoms of stomatitis led to a significant decrease in the number of Candida albicans in the oral cavity and the size of the lesion of the tongue. It has been shown that oral administration of lactoferrin reduces the number of pathogens in tissues close to the gastrointestinal tract in several models of infected animals.
Moreover, HIV-infected patients with Candida albicans, resistant to antifungal drugs, completely got rid of the fungal infection after administration of the mixture containing lactoferrin.
Recently, there have been publications of research by scientists on the successful use of this protein in the treatment of cancer, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, about the protective function of the prion protein of “cow rabies”.
Thus, lactoferrin, contained in colostrum mammals and breast milk of the mother – is a natural protection against pathogenic microorganisms. That is why the cessation of breastfeeding infants in rotavirus infections so often practiced in maternity hospitals is a very serious mistake of therapy. Breastfeeding children on artificial feeding need this specific protein! The consequences of his absence are infectious diseases, allergies, weakened immunity.
In biotechnology, lactoferrin is considered as a source of biologically active peptides. Lactoferrin is an expensive protein. The high cost is explained by the great interest of researchers to the unique properties of this drug protein, unsatisfied with the market’s need and is caused by the existing difficulties in isolating it in pure form by existing technologies.
The world demand for lactoferrin today (120-140 tons) considerably exceeds supply, so the question of cheapening and increasing its production is very acute.
The cost of 1mg of lactoferrin varies depending on the source of production and the purity of the protein from $ 20 to 300.
